We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our increasing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational expertise, and process optimization skills to support our expanding business needs.

Job Duties: 
1.Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
2.Review and prepare workflows, staffing schedule, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and service quality.
3.Implement inventory control measures to prevent loss, damage, and mismanagement of goods.
4.Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5.Ensure the regular servicing and inspection of critical warehouse equipment, such as material handling equipment and storage systems.
6.Ensure the maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and automated control systems.
7.Monitor warehouse expenses and optimize resource allocation to maintain cost-effectiveness. Identify areas for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
8.Work with the finance team to set annual and quarterly budget goals aligned with company objectives.
9.Prepare performance reports for upper management and stakeholders. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
10.Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

1.A college diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
2.Minimum two years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
3.Proven track record of managing high-volume warehouse operations and optimizing processes.
4.Prior experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.
5.Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution center operations.
6.Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
