Rayacom Print and Packaging BC Ltd.
Rayacom Print and Packaging BC Ltd. is a leading printing and packaging manufacturer providing commercial printing, packaging, and custom corrugated paper box solutions. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager (NOC 70012) to oversee our warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material-handling operations.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the company’s warehouse operations. This role includes managing the receipt, storage, handling, movement, and distribution of corrugated paper, printing paper, inks, packaging supplies, finished products, and other sensitive production materials.
The successful candidate must be familiar with the proper handling and storage requirements of these materials to maintain product quality and prevent damage, contamination, moisture exposure, deterioration, or degradation. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse personnel, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, maintain accurate inventory records, implement appropriate storage and material-handling procedures, and ensure that materials are available to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Job Description
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company’s warehouse facility.
• Plan and direct warehouse-related administrative services, including cleaning, maintenance coordination, workplace safety inspections and facility security.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse infrastructure, storage systems and material-handling equipment.
• Prepare and oversee reports and statistics relating to inventory, shipping and receiving, damaged materials, warehouse productivity and storage conditions.
• Hire warehouse personnel and oversee their training and supervision.
• May operate warehouse and material-handling equipment when necessary to support operations, address staffing requirements, or respond to urgent production and shipping needs.
Requirements:
• Must at least have three to five years experience in warehouse supervision or management in the corrugated box and packaging manufacturing industry
• Completion of Secondary School
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Willing to work overtime and weekends

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm
Salary: $45 per hour
