Experience:

Tasks:

Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate
Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas ofresponsibility
Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate
Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods orservices
Oversee warehouse operations related to online and electronic customer orders, including coordinating inventory availability, order processing support, material staging, and delivery arrangements for stone products and construction materials.
Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
Coordinate post-sale warehouse and delivery support with clients, project managers, and installation teams to resolve material availability, replacement, storage, delivery, and service-related issues for stone construction projects.

Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections andpreventive maintenance programs
Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery,equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estateinfrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanicalsystems
Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate andthe development of marketing strategies
Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
