Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and coordinate regular stock replenishments to meet customer demand.
• Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
• Enforce safety protocols, ensure the warehouse complies with industry regulations, and maintain a clean, secure environment for all staff.
• Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of vaping products, ensuring timely processing and accurate inventory tracking.
• Improve warehouse processes and implement efficient storage solutions to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams, with the ability to motivate and oversee staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems or retail experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
