Education and Experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Language: English

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations and logistics of an automotive aftermarket parts warehouse and distribution facility.
• Oversee inventory management and implement inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track automotive parts, tools, and related supplies.
• Manage warehouse operating budgets, monitor logistics expenses, and prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Coordinate, assign, and review the work of warehouse staff, including order pickers and forklift operators, and coordinate with delivery and dispatch personnel as required.
• Establish and enforce procedures for the safe handling, storage, and movement of products, ensuring compliance with applicable provincial occupational health and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve supply chain and distribution issues while maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers, courier companies, and commercial transportation providers.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and development of warehouse employees.
• Monitor staff productivity and operational performance to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Work Setting and Conditions
• The position is full-time, with work scheduled during daytime or evening shifts and on weekends as required by operational needs.
• The work is primarily performed indoors in a warehouse and distribution environment.
• The employee must be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures and conditions may vary, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions when required for operational duties.
