Job Description:
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between physical inventory and system data using the company’s ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Track, organize, and manage inventory levels across warehouse locations to ensure sufficient stock availability while preventing overstocking or congestion.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, staging, storage, and shipment of goods.
• Arrange and schedule transportation activities by coordinating with carriers, truck drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor shipment status, warehouse gate-in/gate-out timing, unloading progress, and storage availability to support smooth warehouse flow and minimize delays.
• Verify and manage logistics and warehouse documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proof of Delivery (PODs), inventory records, and shipment reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse operation data to identify trends, track performance, and recommend process improvements related to inventory accuracy, space utilization, cost reduction, and delivery efficiency.
• Identify operational risks and exceptions such as inventory discrepancies, unloading delays, space constraints, transportation disruptions, and develop corrective or preventive action plans.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within ERP/WMS systems, including inventory status, supplier information, and warehouse activity records.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance efficiency and operational stability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management.
