Job Description:
What You'll Do:
1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including issuing various documents and bills.
2. Plan and manage warehouse work schedules, allocate human resources effectively, and oversee on-site operations.
3. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and company safety policies, and provide necessary safety training for employees.
4. Develop and implement warehouse operation processes and management systems to ensure efficient and standardized operations.
5. Communicate and coordinate with the Planning and Production Departments to address and resolve operational issues.
6. Regularly inspect warehouse sites and records, verify consistency between inventory and records, address any identified issues, and conduct periodic inventory audits as required.
7. Promote efficient material utilization in workshops, coordinating material storage and return processes.
8. Manage warehouse cleanliness and pest control, conduct regular checks, and address potential safety risks promptly.
9. Lead and develop warehouse team members, enhancing overall performance and maintaining team morale and collaboration.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and safety regulations.
3. At least 5 years of warehouse management experience, with expertise in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification preferred) and pallet trucks.
4. Strong operational and data analysis skills, with proficiency in company systems.
5. Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across departments.
6. Physically capable of handling and moving items up to 50 lbs. and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
7. Experience with OSHA compliance
