Warehouse Freight Handler / Order Picker (Evening Shift) Job

Key Responsibilities:
- Manually picking orders using voice headset or handheld RF scanners.
- Palletizing, wrapping, and loading boxes into delivery trucks for outbound freight.
- Moving stock using manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Physical Requirements:
- Continuous Physical Activity: Standing and walking on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Lifting Demands: Repeatedly lifting objects weighing between 25 lbs and 60 lbs continuously.
- Range of Motion: Constant reaching overhead, twisting at the waist, reaching below knee level, and squatting.
- Rate Quota: Ability to maintain a fast physical pace to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in physical labor, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required).
- Ability to pass a basic physical assessment and background check.
