Job Description
Guildford Bottle Depot Ltd. is seeking 1 Depot manager to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversees the daily operations of a storage facility or warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders.
• Develop corrective action plans to address departmental deviations and implement safety policies, standard operating procedures, and HR procedures.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles and equipment, supervise technicians and independent contractors, and handle staff-related tasks such as recruitment, training, payroll, career advancement, and termination.
• Focus on inventory control, cost management, and customer service, often reducing overhead costs while increasing product movement.
• Complete monthly safety assessment audits and manage expenses to control costs and adhere to budgets.
• Planning and managing the day-to-day operations of warehousing facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
• Supervising the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.

Employment requirements
• Completion of a college diploma or university degree in business administration or fields directly tied to management OR alternatively an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in managing warehouse, storage facilities or operational systems
• 2 or more years of related work experience
