Warehouse Associate Job

JOB DUTIES

• Pick, pack, and wrap stage orders, and label them appropriately.
• Ship and load trucks, ensuring that the correct quantity and product are sent to the customer without damages.
• Receive and unload trucks and containers, verifying that the quantity matches the purchase orders and is accurately recorded in the system
• Inspect all incoming goods, take pictures of damaged items, and reject them as necessary.
• Create advanced shipping notices in the system.
• Proficient in the use of power jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and turret trucks.
• Transfer products from the warehouse using 5-ton trucks.
• Rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out.
• Restock and replenish shelves throughout the day.
• Perform warehouse maintenance, including general cleaning and organization.
• Ensure orders are picked and shipped on time.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are clean and charged by the end of the day.
• Ensure inventory is accurate and maintained, including cycle counts.

QUALIFICATION

• Secondary School Diploma or above
• Previous related work experience is an asset
• Forklift Certification is an asset
• Valid driver's licence is an asset
