Job Duties:
• Direct daily retail operations and oversee frontline sales staff
• Delegate work assignments and establish weekly employee work schedules
• Participate in recruitment and lead the training and onboarding of team members
• Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and coordinate merchandise purchasing
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and solve operational or stock shortages
• Review and approve product exchanges, returns, and customer refunds
• Process transactions, sell items, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
• Generate performance and administrative reports covering sales trends, stock control, and staffing
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail sales or a related field is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
