As the company continues to expand its national footprint and enhance its technology-driven supply chain capabilities, we are currently seeking a VP of Sales Operations to lead and strengthen the company’s sales strategy, operational alignment, and revenue growth initiatives.

Job Duties: 
1.Establish organizational objectives and strategic plans for national sales operations in alignment with the company’s corporate vision, long-term growth strategy, and market expansion goals. Lead the development of annual and multi-year sales strategies that support revenue growth across the company’s service offerings.
2.Participate as a member of the executive leadership team in corporate planning and strategic decision-making processes. Contribute to the development of company-wide policies, operational frameworks, and long-term revenue strategies.
3.Develop, implement, and continuously refine policies, standards, and operational procedures governing national sales activities, including sales pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, performance measurement systems, and client engagement practices, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency across all regions.
4.Direct and oversee the implementation of standardized sales systems, technologies, and reporting structures across all regional offices. Ensure the effective use of CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and digital commerce systems to support accurate forecasting, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
5.Ensure effective coordination and alignment between sales operations and key corporate departments, including logistics, procurement, technology development, marketing, and customer service.
6.Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities within Canada’s e-commerce and supply chain sectors, including new geographic markets, industry segments, and digital sales channels.
7.Allocate and oversee the use of material, human, and financial resources required to implement the organization’s sales strategies, operational initiatives, and corporate programs. Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure responsible budgeting, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with corporate performance targets.
8.Direct the planning, development, and approval of national promotional strategies and sales campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, attract new business clients, and drive revenue growth across both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (B2C) channels.
9.Oversee and approve workforce planning for the sales operations division, including organizational structure design, staffing requirements, leadership development programs, and talent acquisition strategies.
10.Monitor regional performance against strategic targets, provide executive guidance to leadership teams, and implement performance improvement initiatives where necessary.

Job Requirements:
1.At least a college diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2.3+ years of experience in a middle management role in sales operations, e-commerce, supply chain, distribution, or related industries.
3.Proven track record in developing and executing national sales strategies and operational frameworks.
4.Experience working within technology-enabled commerce or logistics environments is highly preferred.
5.Advanced understanding of sales operations systems, analytics, and performance management.
6.Strong executive leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
7.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate operations across multiple regions.
