Required Skills:
Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual infrastructure administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and support.
Experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Expertise in desktop virtualization, application delivery, and endpoint management.
Strong knowledge of VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, storage, and networking.
Experience with VMware lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization skills.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and PowerShell scripting.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
VMware certifications (VCP/VCAP) preferred.
Experience with VMware Horizon, NSX, or vSAN.
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, security, and cloud integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support VMware virtual infrastructure and Windows environments.
Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, and VDI platforms.
Perform system upgrades, patching, migrations, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualization platform performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and compliance across virtual environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
