Job Description:
1.Design and deploy enterprise-level VMware solutions (including vSphere, Workspace ONE, and Horizon) to meet business demands and ensure scalable, efficient infrastructure.
2.Design, implement, and maintain VMware vSphere & Horizon infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operation across virtualized environments.
3.Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform capacity planning for vSphere and Horizon environments to optimize performance and prevent system bottlenecks.
4.Proactively identify and perform hardware and software upgrades to ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
5.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other VMware administrators, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices.
6.Regularly report to senior management or clients on virtualization performance, system health, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
7.Implement security measures and data protection policies within VMware solutions to safeguard virtualized environments and meet organizational compliance standards.
8.Recommend updates and upgrades to improve the overall performance and functionality of VMware solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. etc.
Requirement: At least 5 years of work experience in virtualization engineering, Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study, and Korean language fluency.
