KhrisDigital is a 7-year-old content marketing brand that operates a portfolio of monetized niche websites in affiliate marketing, software, AI, and health. Our sites are SEO-first and fueled by high-quality content, systems, and relationships.

We’re now hiring a Virtual Assistant for Outreach who can help us build white-hat backlinks, land partnerships, and connect with content creators, editors, and bloggers in relevant niches.

This is a remote position designed for someone with strong written communication skills and great attention to detail. You’ll be managing outreach campaigns (guest posts, link placements, HARO-style pitches), tracking responses, and keeping our SEO relationships organized.

You’ll be trained on our internal SOPs and outreach style — and given access to templates, tools, and resources. What matters most is that you’re dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing online conversations professionally.

Send customized outreach emails for backlinks, guest posts, or placements

Submit HARO or Featured responses using templates

Track all outreach and responses in Google Sheets or Notion

Follow up with leads, manage replies, and maintain inbox hygiene

Report weekly progress with clear metrics
