Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist our real estate team with scheduling, client communications, database management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and able to work independently while keeping a professional and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally

Update and maintain CRM systems, databases, and property listings

Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as directed

Assist with social media management and digital marketing efforts

Conduct online research to support business development and client needs

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Support role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (real estate platforms a plus)

Familiarity with social media platforms and online scheduling tools

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely
