Conduct online research to support business development and client needs

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Support role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (real estate platforms a plus)
Familiarity with social media platforms and online scheduling tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely
