Vineyard & Greenhouse Worker Job

- Plant, cultivate, tend, pick and collect grapes and vegetables
- Prune, tie, pick, weed, thin, de-leaf plant, sucker, graft, or repair trellis, as needed to maintain or improve the condition of the vines.
- Follow safety protocols while working in the vineyard and greenhouse to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with soil preparation and install trellis, irrigation, and drainage systems in the new vineyards and greenhouse.
- Operate farm equipment such as pruning shears, clippers, and bins.
- Monitor plants’ health, identifying any signs of disease, pests, or stress.
- Monitor and control weeds
- Sort, weigh, and pack fruits and vegetables
- Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce, and products for transport
- Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Perform other tasks, including plant bulbs and seeds
