I have extensive experience in troubleshooting, network security, and operating systems; maintaining an active IT directory; implementing ICT security controls (Firewalls, Antivirus, network access permissions, and access controls); and Website administration, among others. Currently, I work as an ICT Officer at AMURT, where I have developed strong skills and experience in IT Help Desk support, software and hardware maintenance, IT infrastructure automation development, disaster recovery, firewall management, certificate implementation, and IT security maintenance.
