Permanent Position: Office Manager (NOC #13100) Company: Pushap Auto Body & Interior Repair Ltd. Vacancies: 01 Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible. Location: Unit-101, 30791 Simpson Rd Abbotsford, BC V2T 6X4 Wage Rate: $35.00 Hourly, for 35-40 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, day, morning, overtime if required. Education: High School. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related field Languages: English. Job Duties: • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met • Carry out administrative activities of establishment • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory.
