Objective:
A Filipino citizen born and raised in the province of Davao de oro Philippines with experience in hands on backyard vegetable farming and fruit harvesting. Knowledgeable in basic farming, propagation, planting and harvesting.

8 years of experience as a farm worker in the Banana Plantation Farm,
expert in planting and cultivation, maintenance and harvesting, pest and disease management.

My usual daily and rotational task are as follows:

1. Taking care of the plants and monitoring any possible diseases and insects on the plant.
2. Making sure the plant grows healthy to produce high yields for the
company.
3. Cleaning and clearing the work area
4. Grass cutting by hands using grass cutting iron and clearing around
the plant tree
5. Removing all the debris and woods in the area
6. Assisting in soil preparation
7. Digging a hole using a shovel
8. Planting the seedlings
9. Removing the grass around the plants by hand picking or using a
tools
10. Applying a fertilizer to the plants
11. Applying chemicals, insecticides using a sprayer
12. Following safety standards
13. Pruning the plants to remove dead leaves that affects the plant's
growth and fruits
14. Harvesting the fruits using a ladder and tie it on the roller
15. Lifting heavy equipment and fruits
16. Load and unload the fruit harvest
17. Checking the quality of the fruits to maintain high standards and
quality of products
