Job description: • Responsible for managing and maintaining occupancies • Facilitate call and email leads as they arrive and follow up • Provide update-to-date rental information to prospective residents • Prepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process, and qualifications and complete the rental application • Verify completeness and accuracy of application information and all supporting documents • Prepare move-in information upon approval of the rental application • Facilitate administrative responsibilities associated with leasing activity • Administer lease agreements, handle rent collection, and address tenant inquiries. • Coordinate tenants’ move-in and move-out processes and resolve tenant concerns. • Schedule and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. • Provide general administrative support and document management. • Other administrative responsibilities that may arise.
