Objective:
Lead Software Engineer with over 15 years of IT working experience in software development specializing in business intelligence (BI) solutions, data engineering, data visualization, and web-based applications, using cutting-edge technologies and tools.

• Saved the client approximately 30% of the time previously spent on fixing input errors by developing a Hack- PHP/ReactJS application. Reduced the development and maintenance time for the dev team by about 40% and identified potential for application in 10 other use cases within the client’s organization, offering a scalable solution.
• Built a chatbot for the Workplace Chat for monitoring quality issues using Meta’s API, Dataswarm, and Python in response to a request from Meta’s Hardware Quality Engineers. Learned Meta’s internal frameworks and tools to assess the technical feasibility of developing the chatbot.
• A notable challenge our project faced was standardizing the style across all Tableau dashboards. To address this, I proposed the development of a Tableau extension. After conducting research and liaising with the Tableau development team, I successfully implemented a unified extension using ReactJS. This tool has not only been adopted by our team and made available in the company’s repository for wider use, but it has also significantly saved time for our engineers, streamlining the dashboard customization process and enhancing productivity.
• Although it was outside the scope of our project, I leveraged my previous PHP knowledge to understand how plugins for the internal Meta’s Tasks system worked and implemented extensions for it. These extensions are now used by our team to track tasks and performance.
