Work and report directly to the vice president of maintenance, responsible for leading and providing strategic direction in executing all plans and activities for the Fleet Maintenance Department, servicing over 2000 power units and 6000 trailers.
Ensure the achievement of revenue targets, authorization of all payroll, observation of DOT compliance and safety, and provision of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of fleet services goals and objectives.
