Objective:

Experience: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Administering the property or real estate department and overseeing the product development team for input on demographics, and market conditions. Providing administrative support to company sales representatives, property managers and senior management. Prepare and maintain data relating to municipal/township development fees, charges, and incentives. Solicit & retain the services of architects, engineers and other applicable consultants who have proved to be reliable on previous projects. Manage/direct on a day-to-day basis all multi-disciplinary consultants and project teams to ensure targets are met. Working with client to detail specific project deliverables. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional service. Support client relationships by assisting with inquiries, scheduling meetings, and delivering exceptional service. Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Representing company in all meetings with project owners, partners, consultants, community representatives, city staff, public consultations, and vendors. Develop relationships and establish new partnerships with municipalities & other governing bodies. Keep financial and non-financial records of the department. Overseeing junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues as per budget and schedule. Inspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations, especially commercial properties. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
