Job Description:
Job Duties:
• Clean, prepare, and undercoat walls to provide surfaces for succeeding coats of plaster
• Mix plaster components to desired consistency
• Fill holes and cracks
• Skillfully apply, level and smooth coats of plaster and finishing corners
• Smooth plaster to achieve desired thickness
• Use trowels, floats, brushes and spraying equipment
• Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
• Apply and spread plaster on interior walls of buildings to produce finished surface, according
to project plan and instructions
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
• Cure freshly plastered surfaces
• Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Perform maintenance work, as instructed
• Clean work area as needed
• Ability to work at heights
Terms of Employment: permanent full-time; 40 hours per week
employment conditions: morning, day, evening, weekend
Regular hours are: 8:00 AM to 4.30 PM
*Flexibility on schedule is required depending on the weather and business needs including weekend work and overtime, as needed.

wage: $36.00 / per hour
Start date: as soon as possible
Benefits Offered: 6% vacation and 3.6% statutory holidays; 2 weeks paid vacation time per year.
Location of Work: various locations in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas (Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Airdrie)
Transportation:
Own Transportation, Valid Driver’s Licence – ability to independently arrive at job sites
