Videographer & Editor Job

Job description:

Legend Fleet Solutions Inc.. (56957 Highway 3 West, Tillsonburg ON, N4G 4G8) seeks Videographer & Editor (NOC 52113) to perform the following duties:

Video Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for a variety of purposes, such as promotional content, tutorials, educational courses, interviews, and events;
Different types of video editing required, high quality production-style, and story-style phone video;
Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices;
Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos, ensuring seamless transitions, audio clarity, and visual appeal;
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content;
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and on-brand visual content;
Other related duties as assigned.
Storytelling:

Develop and execute creative concepts to tell compelling stories through video;
Ask questions to various audiences internally and externally;
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to videography and editing;
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize video production processes;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met;
Keep an organized library of video assets for easy retrieval and repurposing.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Media Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field;

· Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (minimum 1+ years);

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro);
Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording techniques;
Creative thinking and storytelling skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies;
Portfolio demonstrating previous work.
Permanent, Full time (44 hrs/wk) @ $77,955/yr. Potential bonus based on performance as per company’s policies. Benefits include dental insurance, and extended medical insurance.
