About us：
Overseas Chinese Dream Inc. is a media business in Edmonton, AB. We provide high-quality, comprehensive news updates and in-depth analyses to our audience. We operate the "Chinese Multicultural Herald," an online/printed Chinese-English bilingual newspaper. We are seeking a video producer to enhance our multimedia content production.

Job duties:
• Develop creative concepts and storylines for video projects
• Organize and coordinate all aspects of video production from beginning to end
• Write and edit scripts for video projects
• Direct filming sessions and oversee camera operators
• Supervise post-production processes, including editing and sound design
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Plan and manage video production budgets
• Ensure all videos meet quality standards and follow the project’s original intention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production
• Monitor audience feedback for future improvements

Skills requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in a related field is required.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must be familiar with new media platforms (social media, short videos etc.)
