Established in 2012, Linhan Design & Interiors Co. is an award winning boutique design firm with full-scale capabilities. We focus on residential and commercial design, including luxury residential renovations, custom home designs, and small to mid-sized retail and restaurant spaces. Commercial corporate design is another area that we specialize in – we have an ongoing branding contract with two Californian companies to design more than 30 restaurants/food stalls throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Since launching in 2012, we continue to design timeless and detail-oriented spaces for our clients both locally and globally. We are excited to transform our client's dreams into reality and transform a space into their own. Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Video Editor to join us.

Job Duties:
Operate professional camera equipment to shoot daily 20-30 second short videos and 3-5 minute project videos for the company.
Ensure that the footage meets the company's quality standards and requirements.
Use video editing software to edit and assemble raw footage into finished products.
Add effects, transitions, captions, and music to enhance the overall quality and appeal of the videos.
Upload the completed videos to the company’s Instagram account and other social media platforms, ensuring compatibility with platform requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and interior design teams to understand project objectives and requirements, and develop shooting and editing schedules.
Maintain and care for video and editing equipment, and regularly update software.
Troubleshoot technical issues during shooting and editing, and train other team members in using video equipment and editing software.

Qualifications:
Completion of university degree or college diploma in video editing or a relevant field is preferred.
Video Editing or relevant work experience is preferred.
High proficiency in video editing software
Ability to edit and manipulate raw footage, apply transitions, add effects, and synchronize audio
Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Detail-orientated, creative, and cooperative.
