As the Vice President of our company, you will be leading a dynamic team to propel our company towards continued growth and success. Your strong strategic mindset and passion for delivering exceptional products and customer experience will be the cornerstone of our achievements.

Job Duties: 
1.Provide strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth, expansion, and profitability. Establish organizational policies, oversee the daily operation of the company, and ensure compliance with the procedures.
2.Develop and execute the merchandising strategy of the company, reviewing and analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive sales.
3.Collaborate with the marketing team and store managers, ensuring promotion campaigns are well implemented and effectively promoted to the target audience.
4.Create product assortment based on the result of market research, sales data analysis, as well as industry trends. Make informed decisions about product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
5.Oversee the sourcing, selection, and introduction of modern, fashionable, and high-quality products into the Canadian market.
6.Monitor the performance of products and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales and profitability.
7.Work closely with the human resources, operation, and finance department heads to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that each department has the necessary resources to meet its objectives while staying within budget constraints.
8.Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team. Evaluate and train the middle managers to ensure consistent service and product quality, and maintain the brand goodwill. Promote mutual learning channels among various branch stores for mutual progress.
9.Identify, recommend, and implement new strategies, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
10.Research to identify potential areas for franchise expansion. Work with franchisees on strategic growth plans and site selection. Participate in the recruitment and selection of new franchisees, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, investors and vendors, negotiating contracts, and fostering a positive brand image and market positioning.

1.A college diploma in business administration, marketing, economics, or equivalent work experience is required.
2.At least 3 years of professional experience is required. A track record of manager experience in retail, preferably within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment is an asset.
3.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
6.Keen ability to build relationships across functions and at all levels of an organization.
7.Exceptional strategic planning and network-building capability.
