We are now looking for a Vice President join our company. This is a crucial senior leadership role who will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the company’s real estate development projects and business development. The duties of this role primarily involve strategic planning, project execution and coordination, budget management, team leadership, investor relations, and stakeholder management. We need a strategic thinker and effective leader to fit in this management position.
Job Duties:
1.Collaborate with the executive team and other key stakeholders to define or refine the company's vision and mission. Conduct a thorough analysis of the external environment, including the real estate market, economic conditions, regulatory landscape, and competitive forces. Develop strategic goals and policies to facilitate the company’s long-term growth and success.
2.Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas where additional expertise and resources are required to support the company's growth and development. Improve the structure and operational procedures of major departments, refine the roles and responsibilities of each senior staff position. Communicate any changes in staff structure arrangement and remain adaptable to changing business conditions.
3.Work closely with the finance team to develop comprehensive budgets aligned with strategic objectives. Establish financial targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for monitoring. Define approval processes for expenses, investments, and other financial transactions associated with marketing, real estate project, service and product development.
4.Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational success.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to marketing campaigns. Stay agile and direct the adjustment of promotional strategies based on real-time data and market feedback.
6.Participate in the interview and selection process to ensure candidates align with the company's values, culture, and strategic goals. Provide training and development opportunities for leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities.
7.Provide the necessary resources, tools, and technology for leaders and employees to perform their roles effectively. Ensure that the leadership team has access to the relevant data and information to make informed decisions.
8.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, government officials, and community representatives. Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and public forums. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the development process.

Job Requirements:
1.At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or other related field is required.
2.Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in a manager role in marketing, finance, and business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
3.In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and industry trends is preferred.
4.Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5.Able to exert strategic leadership and inspire the team to achieve objectives.
6.Display sufficient negotiation skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
