Job Description:
Develop and implement a global long-term strategic plan to secure the company’s financial status as a world leader in the renewable energy space. Evaluate and recommend investment activities and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Executive Board on strategic business decisions, opportunities and partnerships. Develop a global Innovation and strategy team responsible for developing financial systems and mapping investment opportunities that will further innovate the Company’s current technologies, creating new ways to increase the use of renewable energy across all global regions. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business data to identify and report on growth opportunities and potential financial risk. Collaborate with regional department directors and General Managers to evaluate financial, operations systems and recommend strategies that create economic impact by driving efficiency. Foster innovation within the organization by performing financial analysis on new opportunities; identifying and promoting new business models, technologies and processes to develop a culture of creativity and excellence while advancing the Company’s financial standing. Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives by evaluating data pertaining to costs and budgets, assist the teams in adjusting plans and developing goals to achieve desired outcomes. Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government entities, to evaluate opportunities, raise capital and represent the company's strategic interests. Analyze global financial data relative to the strategic vision and make recommendations to Company executives, board of directors, investors and government officials on developing innovative and profitable renewable energy programs.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master Degree in Business Administration or related major.
Experience: 6 months in the job offered, or Associate or related position.
Required Skills: Experience conducting quantitative market analysis to evaluate investment opportunities. Experience in financial modeling and valuation of energy infrastructure and cleantech business.
