Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with the company's overarching objectives, focusing on efficient talent acquisition, retention, and growth
- Select and appoint top-tier executives, including senior managers and directors, delegating appropriate responsibilities and fostering conducive work environments
- Spearhead performance management systems and procedures, encompassing objective setting, performance assessments, and personalized employee development strategies
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics and emerging trends to drive informed decision-making and instigate continuous enhancement endeavors
- Direct the allocation and management of the Human Resources budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization
- Supervise performance evaluation processes, encompassing objective setting, performance appraisals, and compensation reviews, to maintain organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Supervise and manage the human resources team to ensure efficient operation and provide excellent support and services
- Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree is required
- At least 5 years of experience as HR
- Strong communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
