We are hiring a Vice-President of Human Resources to lead our efforts in enhancing organizational efficiency, developing strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The VP HR will also play a crucial role in supporting our multicultural work environment and team, ensuring inclusivity and diversity in all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s broader goals and objectives, driving growth, operational excellence, and the overall strategic direction of the business.
• Authorize and oversee the recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the establishment of a diverse and inclusive workforce. This includes the selection of middle managers and senior staff positions critical to the company’s operations.
• Formulate, approve, and manage company-wide HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Continuously update and develop policies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources within the HR department to implement company policies and programs effectively. Establish financial and administrative controls within the HR function, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Develop and manage performance management systems, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback to ensure the continuous development of employees. Oversee the design and implementation of training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and career progression.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Address and resolve workplace issues promptly, representing the company in negotiations and official functions as needed.
• Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with the company’s overall personnel planning and retention strategies.
• Promote a culture of safety and wellness, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and the effective implementation of wellness programs across all company operations.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making, track key HR metrics, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support overall business strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably within multinational companies.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
