Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Finance will play a key role within the executive management team. The Vice President of Finance will support the CEO in areas of financial management, contracts management, HR, legal, funding raising, IT Support and compliance and other areas as required. The Vice President of Finance will also assist the CEO in the expansion and investment of market in Asian-Pacific region. The key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• As a member of the senior management, participates in the development and implementation of company’s operational plan and strategic business plan.
• Supervise mid-mangers such as admin manger, IT manager, sales manager, marketing manager etc.
• Hire, develop and lead a high-performing management team that provides excellent service and support to the rest of the company.
• Provide the main financial interface in support of the CEO with regard to the Company’s finances and its financial investment operations to banking institutions and other outside interested parties
• Monitor company’s cash flow projection and liquidity planning process to ensure sufficient funds are available for all business operations
• Allocate company funds accordingly to ensure each department can function effectively
• Develop, oversight, and manage new investment opportunities, gather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits and risks.
• Lead the innovation and development process of new lobster roll products, fully in charge of all aspects related to product development including resource planning, asset management, sales promotion, etc.
• Coordinate all the work of Asian-Pacific region especially regarding the new investment plan and sales promotion of lobster roll products.

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other discipline related to the service provided. A master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in as a senior management in business, finance or other related industry
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting and numeracy
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English
