The Vice President is responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction for the company's operations as a supplier and distributor of CCTV surveillance equipment, video security systems, access control solutions, alarm systems, and related security technologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented executive with strong business acumen, exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, and extensive experience managing operations within the security technology, electronics, wholesale trade, or related industries.

Job Duties: 
1.Develop and establish the company's strategic vision, business objectives, and operational policies to support long-term growth and profitability.
2.Direct and oversee all aspects of business operations, including sales, procurement, inventory management, logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service.
3.Develop annual business plans, sales targets, budgets, and financial forecasts, and monitor organizational performance against established objectives.
4.Lead the expansion of the company's product portfolio, including CCTV cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), digital video recorders (DVRs), IP surveillance systems, access control devices, alarm systems, intercoms, and related security products.
5.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, system integrators, contractors, and commercial clients.
6.Determine the allocation of personnel and financial resources to optimize procurement activities, inventory investment, distribution operations, and sales initiatives, ensuring the company can meet customer demand for CCTV surveillance equipment and related security solutions.
7.Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, emerging surveillance technologies, and customer demands to support business planning and product development.
8.Recruit, direct, mentor, and evaluate department managers and supervisors while promoting employee development and organizational effectiveness.
9.Authorize organizational policies regarding budgeting, expenditures, pricing, risk management, and operational controls.
Represent the company in negotiations, industry associations, trade exhibitions, supplier meetings, and business development initiatives.

1.A college diploma in business administration, commerce, engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
2.3+ years of middle management experience in wholesale trade, security equipment distribution, electronics, technology , or a related industry.
3.Extensive experience leading business operations, strategic planning, procurement, sales, and organizational management is required.
4.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
