At this time, we are looking for a highly experienced Vice President, Finance to join our team. This role demands a strategic thinker with prior executive level experience in the financial sector.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of finance operational excellence
• Provide direct oversight related to day-to-day financial processes and effective coordination of financial initiatives
• Lead overall financial compliance, ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively
• Identify and implement action plans to achieve planned financial results
• Provide insights to support efficient business decision-making, ensure business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement the company’s policies and programs
• Bring ideas and expertise to senior management team meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $96.15 per hour
- 30 hours of work per week
