Seeking an experienced Vice President for executive leadership of corporate strategy, company-wide operations, global supply chain and manufacturing oversight.
Main duties: establish mission/strategy/objectives; plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate overall operations including administration, global sourcing, procurement, supplier/manufacturer coordination, production planning, QA, inventory, logistics, delivery; translate President/Board priorities into business plans and budgets; direct business strategy, financial analysis, forecasting; authorize departmental organization; allocate resources and approve major procurement/investment/staffing plans; coordinate engineering, software, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, sales, finance, customer service; develop global supply-chain strategy and oversee manufacturing of connected devices; approve supplier standards and lead negotiations; establish controls for supplier performance, quality, safety, compliance, cybersecurity; review KPIs and direct corrective action; select and supervise managers; represent company with external partners. Reports to President and Board.

Job Requirements:
Requirements: university degree or college diploma in business, commerce, supply-chain, operations, engineering or related field (master's an asset); 5+ years senior management experience with 10+ years in related industry; international supplier/procurement/logistics/contract-manufacturing experience an asset; strategic leadership, decision-making, financial, negotiation, communication and risk-management skills.
