ABOUT VACANCY
We are looking for a is a highly collaborative and experienced Vice President, Business Development to join our team. As a key member of the senior management team, the Vice President will have shared responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and strategic growth projects.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a comprehensive strategic vision and execution plan for the company’s business development efforts and execute the strategy to achieve company priorities and long-term goals
• Establish objectives and formulate policies, contribute to key business process governance
• Advise on long-term internal and external business planning
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement policies and programs
• Provide insights to support efficient business decision-making
• Establish relations with internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Ensure business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria
• Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions
QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience focused on business development
- Proven experience and success in driving new businesses
- Strong leadership skills
- Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $64.20 per hour
- 35 hours of work per week
- Work location: 3-7941 Jane Street, Concord, ON L4K 4L6
