Job Description:
This is a remote position.
As a Service Provider, you will deliver expert consulting, mentoring, and technical instruction in reliability, maintenance, and operations. This is a high-travel role, requiring you to be on the road about 33-34 weeks a year with a truck capable of hauling a trailer to various industrial and manufacturing clients. Your focus is on guiding and training client teams to implement best practices and build maintenance systems from the ground up, including asset strategy, PM optimization, and scheduling. You will not be performing physical repairs but will instead be a consultant, mentor, and quality assurance expert, guiding clients on how to use their SAP System effectively and ensuring proper installation and strategy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Consulting and Mentoring
- Collaborate with clients to assess operational needs and provide tailored
recommendations for reliability and maintenance solutions.
- Mentor and coach client teams to develop their technical and operational capabilities.
- Lead workshops and strategy sessions to align client goals with industry standards.
- Provide in-field mentoring and coaching as needed.
Quality Assurance and Control
- Engage in QA/QC processes for company services and solutions, ensuring adherence to client
specifications and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational reliability.
- Ensure that instructional content meets high standards of technical accuracy and clarity.
Program Development and Facilitation
- Facilitate training programs on curriculum topics, emphasizing best practices in
maintenance and reliability.
- Perform instruction on selected courses, following teaching and instruction
procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate with course developers to refine and enhance materials based on client
feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Provide technical information, guidance, images, or other multimedia data to course
developers for course modifications.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service coordination and resolution of client
issues.
- Effectively communicate the value and scope of RS offerings, fostering strong client
relationships.
- Coordinate on-site training schedules and logistics with clients.
- Travel to on-site locations a minimum of 22 weeks per year (excluding travel logistics).

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in reliability, maintenance, or designated technical
fields.
- Strong background in consulting, mentoring, and training with a focus on operational
excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical education preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality and proprietary
information.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) and work multiple weeks away from home.
- Must be able/willing to transport equipment (approx. 8,500 lbs. trailer) using a personal
tow vehicle.
- Must adhere to safety, drug, and alcohol policies with potential random testing.
