Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Vehicle Operator to support the launch and operations of autonomous vehicles. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring vehicle readiness, executing driving operations, and supporting engineering and logistics teams.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge transportation technology while gaining hands-on experience in vehicle operations and emerging mobility systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate vehicles for 4–8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety
Support vehicle operations both inside and outside the vehicle
Perform basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks
Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks and minor repairs
Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use
Assist with documentation, reporting, and performance metrics
Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
Support logistics, including movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
Complete paperwork related to vehicle readiness and operations
Schedule Options
Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
Workdays (5 days/week):
Tuesday–Saturday
Wednesday–Sunday
Thursday–Monday
Sunday–Thursday
Additional Schedule Options May Become Available:
6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Compensation & Bonuses
Base Pay: $25.00/hour
Weekend shifts: +5% hourly bonus
Night shifts (starting 1:00 PM or later): +2% bonus
Weekend night shifts: Up to +7% total bonus
Training & Travel
Required 3–4 day training during week 4 in Las Vegas, NV
Flights and accommodations fully covered

Virtual Interview (30-minute video call)
On-site Interview (45 minutes), including:
Driving test
Aptitude/knowledge assessment
Typing test
