Job Description:
KPB Gills Four Seasons Nursery Ltd is looking for full-time and permanent 25 Vegetable Sorters at 1831 Peardonville Road, Abbotsford, BC, V4X 2M3. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $28.50 /hr and 35 to 40 hours/week.
Job Description:
• Sorting the vegetables, crops, and plants according to ripeness and freshness.
• Watering the fields when required.
• Prepare garden beds for planting crops, vegetables and fruits.
• Weighing and packing the crops, vegetables and fruits at the farm.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of containers onto delivery trucks.
• Sanitizing racks and trays.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Clean the packing area regularly, dispose of waste materials properly, and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
• Records information such as numbers, weight, times and dates.

Employment Requirements:
No degree, certificate or diploma is required. Previous experience is an asset.
