Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee the core operations of administrative service units to support organizational workflows
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to administrative teams managing finance, human resources, procurement, and records systems
• Lead recruitment processes, conduct interviews, select qualified candidates, and structure comprehensive training programs for staff
• Prepare operational reports and strategic briefs for executive leadership to assess administrative performance
• Evaluate departmental workflows and service efficiency to implement continuous process improvements
• Plan, organize, and direct daily business operations to optimize corporate efficiency and maintain organizational performance standards
• Oversee corporate governance, operational guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Manage operational budgets and expenditures for vendor agreements, client contracts, and equipment
• Conduct operational research and analysis to optimize administrative procedures and support strategic growth
Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are required
• Education: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, or a related administrative services field is required
