Validation Engineer Job

A Validation Engineer is needed Midway, Georgia.

• Develop and analyze quality validation plans, process, and flows to determine validation and quality control standards for manufacturing automobile suspension and drivetrain compo-nents.
• Prepare, maintain, and review safety and quality validation and compliance documentation for production process and ensure finished products meet clients’ quality standards and en-gineering requirements.
• Conduct and perform validation and qualification test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines for better quality of finished products.
• Evaluate and review detailed operation specifications and characteristics to determine the most effective validation process and to increase productivity.
• Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality vali-dation process to ensure quality control of final products.
• Research current industry trends and technologies and ensure to maintain validation princi-ples to provide improved validation process in manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
