Validation Engineer Job

A Validation Engineer is needed in LaGrange, Georgia

• Design validation master plans, process flow diagrams, test cases, and standard operating procedures to establish protocols for equipment, processes, and logistics systems that ensure compliance with internal and client quality standards.
• Conduct validation and qualification tests of new or existing equipment, procedures, or software in logistics and inspection operations, following internal protocols or external industry standards.
• Analyze validation test data and operational metrics to determine whether processes meet validation criteria, and to identify root causes of defects.
• Develop sampling procedures and devise analytical methodologies to guide inspections and validation activities across logistics, handling, and product flow systems.
• Document and maintain validation and compliance records, technical reports, and engineering change notices to support audits, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process or protocol modifications in response to identified deviations or defects, improving the reliability of inspection outcomes and operational quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
