Validation Engineer II Job

A Validation Engineer II is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Coordinate development, implementation, and continuous improvement of validation plans, process, and flows to establish and maintain quality control standards for manufacturing automotive fuel tank modules and eco module.
• Prepare, manage, and audit comprehensive validation, safety, and compliance documentation in accordance with client specifications, internal quality requirements, and applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct and perform validation and qualification test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines for better quality of finished products.
• Evaluate detailed operational parameters, design specifications, and functional characteristics of manufacturing workflows to determine optimal validation methodologies and drive improvements in productivity, repeatability, and yield.
• Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality validation process to ensure quality control of final products.
• Monitor advancements in validation engineering practices, materials, measurement systems, and automotive manufacturing technologies.
• Review and integrate applicable advancements in validation techniques and industry standards to maintain effective validation controls and promote continuous process improvement.

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
