Your deep knowledge of destinations, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional customer service will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities to create personalized itineraries.
2. Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries, taking into account client preferences, special requests, and unique experiences. Ensure all details, such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, are seamlessly arranged.
3. Destination Expertise: Stay updated on travel trends, emerging destinations, and local attractions. Be prepared to offer insights and recommendations to clients.
4. Booking Management: Make reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services. Ensure bookings are accurate and efficiently manage changes or cancellations.
5. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels. Address any issues or concerns and offer guidance during their trips.
6. Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to maximize revenue and enhance clients’ travel experiences.
7. Sustainability: Encourage responsible and sustainable travel choices, such as eco-friendly accommodations and carbon-offset programs.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and technology.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
