Job Description:
Lead and supervise crews installing underground utilities: water, sewer, storm drain, and more.
Read and interpret civil plans and grade stakes — ensure everything is on spec and to code.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily worksite activities.
Operate machinery as needed and help troubleshoot field issues.
Promote and enforce safety policies — every person, every job, every day.
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors.

Job Requirements:
5 years of hands-on experience in underground utility installation.
2 years of crew leadership or foreman experience.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
Ability to read civil utility layouts, slope, and elevation.
Valid Texas driver’s license and personal auto insurance (CDL preferred, not required).
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
