USPS Mail Carrier / Box Route Driver – Bellevue, ID

Location:
Bellevue USPS – 101 Pine St, Bellevue, ID 83313

Schedule:
Full-time | 7 days/week (K7)
~27–30 hrs/week – ideal for semi-retirement or second income
1-year renewable USPS contract

Pay & Perks:
$20–$21/hr | Paid federal holidays | Vacation after 1 year
Bi-weekly direct deposit
$60 weekly fuel/vehicle allowance
IRS mileage for approved extra trips

Route Overview:
Shortest K7 route in Idaho – just 16 miles/day
Est. 4,849 miles & 1,414 hrs annually
211 boxes served daily in Bellevue
Case, load, deliver from the Bellevue Post Office only
No runs to Twin Falls or Hailey – all local

Vehicle Requirements:
Use your own reliable, insured vehicle
Perfect: Minivan, SUV, Subaru, pickup, or cargo van
Must pass USPS visual inspection

Responsibilities:
Case, load, deliver and return daily (16-mile loop)
Use USPS scanner for all parcels (provided)
Maintain timely delivery and mail security
AWD or snow tires recommended in winter

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license & clean record
Pass USPS background check and drug screening
Lift up to 70 lbs
Live within 45 mins of Bellevue, ID (Hailey, Ketchum, Sun Valley ideal)
Be reliable, punctual, and able to communicate well
