Job Title: User Support Technicians (NOC 22221)
Location: Brampton, ON
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent full-time
Vacancy: 1
Wages: $34.50/hour

Job duties:

• Assisting company day to day functionality and efficiency using program
• Provides support for all devices, like desktops, printers, telephone systems
• Configures, installs and maintains complex software systems
• Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Manages projects successfully on time and within budget
• Responds to requests effectively and communicates with issues
• Update the access for given applications for new and current employees

Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of a college diploma or other relevant program
• At least two years working experience is required
