Job Description:
• Give access to computer networks
• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
• Provide customer service
• Manage incidents
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
Salary: $37.00 per hour
Work hour: 35-40 hours per week
Due to the international time difference, we require people working in this position to work in the day/evening shift in the workdays/weekends.
Work location: 308-5811 Cooney Rd, Richmond, BC, V6X 3M1, Canada
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and ITIL-based incident management.
• Experience with API Integration, EAI, and Workflow Automation for cross-system connectivity.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Python considered an asset.
• Excellent skills in technical documentation, training, onboarding, and cross-department support.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, or Salesforce Administrator are assets.
